Collaboration with the Clients

The steps for cooperation between our translation agency and the client are the following ones:

1. In response to an inquiry, preparation and transmission by electronic means of a quote for the service to the client along with the request form.
2. Customer acceptance of the terms and conditions.
3. Appointment of a project manager.
4. The translation is being carried out:
   • Processing and preliminary analysis of the source text, including an analysis to identify potential difficulties in translation.
   • Assigning work to a translator and when needed, to an editor and a proofreader, as well as documenting this assignment.
   • Validation of the translation request by the project manager.
   • If necessary, contact the client to clear some doubts and answer the questions of the translator.
   • Performing terminology work (optional).
5. Possibility of requesting the editing or the correction of the translated document.
6. A final check of the translation.
7. Sending the translated document to the client.

We offer to clients who wish to enter a long-term cooperation to conclude a contract. The basic benefits are the following ones : it speeds up the "ordering" process, it simplifies payment methods (a single invoice at the end of the month listing all translation requests), and it provides advantageous commercial conditions (rebates based on volume).

Please note: Depending on the amount involved, we may ask you to pay a deposit of 50% for the first translation request.
